A £2.50 service charge applies to each order, plus the following printing charges:

The price is the same whether you choose single-sided printing on 10 sheets or double-sided printing on 5 sheets.

After emailing your files, please message us on WhatsApp so we can identify them and confirm your order.

We will open your files, check your printing requirements, and confirm the total cost and an agreed collection time.

Printing begins after payment has been received.

We work from a private high-rise office, which is not open to the public. Please order online and collect only at the time agreed on WhatsApp, outside LEON Southbank Place.
The entrance to LEON Southbank Place is simply our agreed meeting point. It is not our business premises or a staffed collection counter.
Please do not enter the restaurant to place a printing order, collect documents, or ask restaurant staff about your order.

How Soon Can I Collect?
When we are in the office, we can usually complete your printing and bring it to the collection point within approximately 10 minutes of confirming your order and receiving payment.
When we are away from the office, we will arrange a later collection time with you—for example, two hours later.
Please check availability and confirm your collection time on WhatsApp before travelling.

For customers who need delivery, we can arrange hand delivery of printed documents within London Zone 1.
Delivery charge: £20 per order, in addition to your printing charges and service charge.
Delivery is usually completed within 20 minutes after printing is finished. Please confirm delivery availability and the expected arrival time with us on WhatsApp before paying.
During delivery, we will use WhatsApp’s Share Live Location feature to share the delivery person’s live location, so you can follow their progress.

We use HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdn and HP Premium A4 90gsm white paper for both colour and black & white documents. Single-sided and double-sided printing are available.

Your Files and Privacy
Your files are used to check your printing requirements and complete your order.
We delete your submitted printing files immediately after printing is completed.
If you need additional copies later, please send your files again.
